Delicate, light and fruity.  A wine to refresh the palate and enliven the appetite.  One of central Italy’s extremely popular white wine varieties, produced from the astonishingly lively Verdicchio grape. Its name is derived from verde, meaning green, referring to the yellow-green skin of the grape, which gives the wine a subtle, greenish hue. The aroma is delicate, light and fruity, and the flavor is pleasantly crisp and distinctly dry, with bright lemony acidity and a fresh, elegant finish that cleans the palate.

Serve as an aperitif before dinner. Also good with seafood and cream sauce pastas.
