Learn to Be a Wine Maker!
Introduction to Wine Making Classes at Vintner’s Circle
We love to make wine at Vintner’s Circle, and we understand that it may be a bit daunting to learn to make your own wine. That’s why we’ve created our Introduction to Wine Making Classes. These classes are perfect for those of you who would like to learn how to make your own wine in a group setting. Class registration is $99 per person.
As a group, each class makes three different types of wine. Each participant enjoys a hands-on approach to personalized wine making, guided by our professional team members. Upon the completion of the wine making class, each student takes home six bottles of the wines the group has made (if you’re having trouble keeping track, that’s two bottles of each type of wine). We suggest that you enjoy a bottle of each for immediate enjoyment, and save the last three for cellar aging.
The Introduction to Wine Making Classes are divided into four sections, each focused on a different phase of the wine making process:
1. Primary Fermentation
2. Secondary Fermentation
3. Stabilizing and Clearing
4. Bottling and Labeling
Most importantly, at our Introduction to Wine Making Classes, you learn how to make your own wine amongst other wine enthusiasts in your community. Making great wine, making great friends – that’s what we love to celebrate at Vintner’s Circle.
