Riesling is grape indigenous to the Rhine region in Germany, but due to its adaptability to various climates and its strong personality, it is now grown worldwide. Riesling produces a highly aromatic wine, with scents of honeysuckle, green apples and oranges. Wines can range anywhere from dry to super-sweet; Riesling can make a delicious dessert wine. Riesling is a versatile in food pairing, and goes well with foods that are often difficult to match with wine (like spicy cuisines).
