Müller-Thurgau is a German grape, a cross between the Riesling and Sylvaner grapes. (Its creator was one Doctor Hermann Müller, in Thurgau, Switzerland.) Müller-Thurgau is an aromatic grape, with scents of flowers and green apples. Müller-Thurgau has spread to other countries, being now grown in places like New Zealand, Italy, England, and Washington State.
