Wine is not simply about opening a bottle –
it’s the experience of creating and sharing something special that gives wine its true flavor.

Ciao Bella Italia Open House
Purpose: To promote, educate and sell our Italian wine making sessions and kits.
We have designed specific graphics to support the Italian Wines. The imagery and graphics were created to advocate culture. The images are bright, highly visible, attractive and educational.
We will be supporting this promotion with printed marketing: window signage, in shop flyer and recipe cards. Event Marketing: an open house event is planned to promote Italian wines and its culture. Online marketing will be developed and posted our sites, blog, Facebook.
Execution: Italian Wine Description In Shop Flyers - Please print the wine descriptions on glossy stock for the wines your sampling during the open house. Place the wine descriptors in the plastic display holders. Place one of the in shop flyer on your 4 shelf unit on the top shelf and move the other wines to the second and third shelves.
Recipe Cards - Please print 10-20 cards (double sided) on white card stock on one side. Trim the letter size paper in half to separate the recipe cards. Encourage your customers to take the cards home, make the cupcakes and share their experience on facebook.
Tastings: If you are having a large group, please provide a food pairing for each wine you are sampling during the open house. This will introduce and educate our customers about the variety of Italian wines we have to make. Encourage your guests to try wines they might normally try, and have them taste the wines with small bites of food. Ask them to sip the wine, then taste the food and then try the wine again. Ask them to think about how the wine changed after tasting the food.
Here are some food pairing suggestions for the wines:
Chianti: Baked pasta with tomato sauce, Italian Parmesan, Pecorino, Provolone or prosciutto. Avoid shellfish and spicy dishes.
Amarone: Gorgonzola, Gouda, Parmesan, Pasta with Pesto, Short Ribs, Mushrooms and Mushrooms Sauce or Braised, Roasted or Stewed Red Meat.
Super Tuscan: Grilled Dishes, Pasta with Meat Sauce, Grilled Mushrooms in Olive Oil
