CHESTER, NJ, MARCH 12, 2012 – Chester Borough Mayor Robert Davis and owner Michelle Ziesse of Bottled Poetry, LLC, cut the ribbon to officially Grand Open Vintner’s Circle Chester, a new winemaking shop just a few stores down from ShopRite in the Chester Springs Shopping Mall on Route 206 in Chester. The shop is the newest addition to the award winning Vintner’s Circle franchise system, which enables its customers to spend time together, celebrate life and make a great tasting wine in a few easy steps.
David Schmeltzle, President of Vintner’s Circle Franchising LLC, was also present during the celebration. He stated, “We are proud to have Michelle and her staff join the Vintner’s Circle family. She is an enthusiastic wine lover, who brings passion and energy to the art of making wine, creating memories and celebrating life.”
What’s more, during the weekend long celebration, $500 in proceeds was raised for the Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown from the numerous visitors who came out to enjoy complimentary wine samples, food pairings and learn about handcrafting wine.
“We are very proud to have Vintner’s Circle Chester join our local businesses here in Chester,” stated Mayor Davis. “It’s wonderful to see another franchise believe in the benefits of opening in our town and of providing a unique winemaking experience for our residents.”
Ziesse thanked the Mayor and all those who came out to enjoy complimentary wine, food pairings and signing up for winemaking sessions during the weekend to support the Goryeb Children’s Hospital which offers exceptional programs to help so many children in the area.
Ziesse explained that a winemaking session also makes a great gift. “With birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, wedding parties or corporate team building,” she stated, “it’s never too late to stop in or call for a gift certificate. We also feature a nice selection of wine making supplies and wine accessories.”
Vintner’s Circle Chester also hosts Open Houses with complimentary themed wine samples and food pairings every second Tuesday and last Friday of the month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Italian wines, chocolate and wine pairings, fondues and wine as well as “Secret Sips” were some of the most recent themes.
