Royalty Fees Royalties are paid monthly to fund ongoing support including toll-free franchise support lines, franchise support staff, e-mail newsletters, operation manual updates and enhancements, and the research and development of new products and services.

Advertising Fund Fees The Advertising Fund is intended to provide consistency in the Vintner's Circle winemaking shops marketing and advertising campaigns. Expenditures from the advertising fund provide franchisees with a customized web presence including local store webpage and a store email address; national media advertising and professionally-prepared marketing and advertising materials; as well as advertising and marketing consulting.
