Congratulations to the Spring 2007 Wine Making winners!

Everyone had a great time at the Vintner's Circle Hackettstown Spring 2007 Wine Judging Event.  The judging panel contained wine makers and wine enthusiasts, who tasted and judged wines made at Vintner's Circle and by home winemakers who obtained their supplies from Vintner's Circle.

Chateau Neuf du Pape ranked highest.

Deb & Bill Mills of Budd Lake won top honors with their Chateau Neuf du Pape, bottled in March 2007 at Vintner's Circle.  A very close second was awarded to Daniel Zimmerman and Caryll Balzano of Somerset for their Sicilian Syrah, bottled in September 2006 at Vintner's Circle.

The top white wines were Italian Verdicchio and French Chardonnay, also made at Vintner's Circle.

Flying Pig Chateau selected as favorite wine bottle label.

Deb & Bill Mills won top honors with their Flying Pig Chateau wine bottle label, created by Vintner's Circle custom label team.  "What better way to add to my collection of over 700 flying pigs", said Mills, "than to have my own wine with a flying pig on the label.  It's wonderful how you can personalize your wine to be exclusively you."
