Wines made at Vintner's Circle are quite enjoyable when young. You won't have to wait years to enjoy them. However, most wines benefit from aging. Aging allows the tiny amount of oxygen trapped at the top of the bottle to interact with and enhance the flavors in the wine.
Vintner's Circle recommends you enjoy a few bottles from your 23L batch (30 bottle) right away. Then store one case for three to six months to age. Store the second case for six to nine months. The flavors in young wines are often enhanced by decanting. |
