Wanna Crush Grapes? We met with Craig at California Wineworks in New Jersey and we were impressed with his knowledge and his passion for winemaking.  He’s got a great place where you can crush grapes, learn about every protien and enzyme involved with winemaking, and make a barrel of wine.
