We built our winemaking shop prototype in our basement in November 2005.  And then, after completing our business plan, opened our first winemaking shop located in an old post-and-beam retail location in Hackettstown NJ in May 2006.  We outgrew our first location and built our flagship winemaking shop and franchising headquarters during August 2008, a little over two years after opening our first wine making shop prototype concept in our basement.

We have five stores, and are excited to be announcing new franchises real soon.  Watch for details!
